This is the second Pokemon party I have put together. The first one was quite a while ago when my daughter was much younger and it had a lot of Pokeball themed foods. This time my daughter wanted to base it off of the England inspired region so she asked for a tea party. I was happy to oblige! I looked up a bunch of different Pokemon for this, but the one I thought was the cutest is Alcremie. I wondered if she could be made of actual ice cream, but in the end I settled on premade marzipan. My daughter made this one. I thought she did an especially good job on the face. She added the color with edible markers that I got from Williams-Sonoma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Polteageist and Sinestea Pokemon. My daughter decorated these as well. She used Posca Pens on the outside. I added the felt inside for the tea cup. The tea pot has Jell-o in it to represent the ghost Pokemon inside. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Fruit Mushrooms. I first made these for a fairy party and now I like to make them all the time. This time I used raspberries as well. The bottom are Pocky sticks. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Treat tray. This has nothing to do with Pokemon, but I had fun putting together. Some of the candy is imported from Japan so it loosely fits the theme. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The Applin Pokemon is just an apple dipped in melted chocolate and caramel chips. Australia doesn’t have butterscotch chips or the type of caramel that Americans melt for caramel apples so this was what I went with. I think the chocolate was probably easier to use to add on the teeth so it all worked out! The cupcakes have digletts in them. Tose are just Twix bars with sprinkles added for the face. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

As usual I made some decorations for the party. I decided to make a bunch of flower ones. There are a lot of really cute flower ones, but I thought these would be easy enough for me to make with what I had on hand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eldergoss pompom doll. I used a pompom maker from Clover and a flower maker also from Clover to make this doll. The material came from old T-Shirts that had past their prime.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
